The WTA Dubrovnik Open project is built upon a unique partnership between Lukas Šport d.o.o. and Tennis Club Kaštela, merging market innovation with long-standing sporting legitimacy. Tennis Club Kaštela (est. 1998) serves as the Official Organizer of the competition within the Republic of Croatia. As one of the few sporting associations in Dalmatia with an uninterrupted continuity of nearly three decades, the Club provides public partners with maximum institutional stability and professional execution at the highest standards.

Lukas Šport d.o.o. (est. 1997) is the Strategic Project Owner and holder of the vision. Lukas Šport is the longest-standing commercial entity in Croatia specializing exclusively in sports activities. As a pioneer in sports entrepreneurship, the company has paved the way for modern tennis management in the region.

FELIKS LUKAS, mag. oec. – Strategic Driver of the Project, License Holder, and CEO. As a visionary sports entrepreneur and innovator, Feliks set the standards for modern WTA tournaments in Croatia. His international prestige is underscored by his role in the WTA 125 Standards Committee, where he represents all tournaments across the EMEA region (Europe, Middle East, and Africa). Furthermore, Feliks is the founder and innovator of Time Tennis, a revolutionary sports format redefining the modern game.

TAJNA LUKAS REČIĆ, mag. cin. – Head of Organization and the project’s operational pillar. A former Croatian National Tennis Champion, Tajna manages the tournament’s overall execution. Her expertise in kinesiology, backed by research published in international professional journals, ensures a flawless level of professional organization.
