The 20th anniversary of WTA tournaments in Croatia brings a contest combining knowledge, speed, and sporting passion. The path to an exclusive tennis experience runs through a quiz and a live challenge before the final match in Dubrovnik. Only one winner will emerge.
Dubrovnik, March 23, 2026 – Twenty years of WTA tournaments in Croatia are being celebrated in grand style. One lucky spectator will travel to none other than Monte Carlo. Lukas Sport, the company led by WTA Dubrovnik Open director Feliks Lukas, will reward one viewer with a VIP experience for two: a luxury hotel stay, VIP courtside seats at the Masters semifinals in Monte Carlo, and private chauffeur service from the hotel to the courts.

“It’s no coincidence that the destination is Monte Carlo. Dubrovnik and Monte Carlo share the same DNA: a blend of sport and luxury, breathtaking settings, and the feeling of being part of something bigger than the match itself. That’s why this prize is a natural continuation of Dubrovnik’s prestigious story. Dubrovnik and Monte Carlo are in the same league of experiences, and we want to share that with our audience while celebrating the 20th anniversary of WTA tournaments in Croatia,” Lukas said.

While players compete on the Lapad courts for a place in the final, the contest tests knowledge and skill. Here’s how it works: participants follow the tournament’s official channels, take part in a five-question quiz on the history of WTA tournaments in Croatia, and the 20 fastest with correct answers advance to the final challenge. The next step: before the final on Sunday, March 29, the 20 finalists will throw shuttlecocks and hit balls 20 times with a racket to celebrate 20 years. The best performer wins an unforgettable prize.
“The contest requires full engagement from spectators: watch, respond, answer, and be among the fastest. Knowledge wins the quiz, and sporting spirit and skill shine in the live challenge before the final on March 29. All information, including detailed rules and steps to participate, is available on the tournament’s official channels. When celebrating 20 years in the city, we don’t take small steps—we go straight to Monte Carlo,” Lukas emphasized, noting that the celebration continues at the WTA Makarska Open in the first week of June.
